Some people are picky about the way things are done.

​Anybody can do a job right when they are safe and secure on the ground. But, what about when they are 40 feet in the air or cureled up in the crawlspace of the attic? Anybody can be kind when someone is kind to them. But, it take a very special person to be kind, even, when someone is cruel. For over 10 years, I have built a reputation based on honesty, stacked with integrity, and am not willing to let that go. Not even for a quick buck. If you can't do it right when no one is looking or you cannot be kind, eually, to those who are not kind to you, then what does it matter?

This is the difference between me and other service technicians. We realize we didn't invent great service and we are certainly not the ONLY great service technicians, but we do aim to continue the tradition that many service technicians before us have started.
