Phase I - Consists of setting up shop, including displays. fixtures, marketing banners, and fitting rooms for store opening.
Phase II – Unpacking merchandise and stocking display items in accordance to franchise standards and prints. Also, assembly of wall and floor fixture hardware placement, bust assembly and dressing, and backroom space verification.

This photo displays a completed Make-Ready apartment. This apartment had serious electrical issues which we had to solve before renting the unit, but w we able to sustain a rewiring without having to destroy the newly constructed walls. However, the caulking, molding, painting, and installing of light fixtures we all done by us. We also done other things unseen in this photo, such as install air handler in utility closet, hot water heater, and installed thermostat.
This photo displays a bathroom that we completed. We installed the cabinet, plumbing for the tub, sink, and toilet, and light fixture and vent fan. Unseen is the newly installed ceiling light which hangs over the front of the toilet.

Phase II – Construct new units including; concrete, framing and drywall, new acoustical suspended ceilings, painting, vinyl flooring, carpeting, re-surfaced countertops, rough carpentry, new cabinetry, wood interior doors, toilet partitions and accessories, electrical, plumbing, mechanical, and roofing.

​Phase III - Involved servicing, maintenance, and installing of all electrical components, including outside lighting. ​​Installation of HVAC condensing units and air handlers.
